Your area of responsibility
Your role will focus on supporting the two Partners of EIP on both the administrative and operational side. Your will work in close collaboration with the local team, our Luxembourg office and external parties. As part of the team based in our modern office in the center of Zurich, you will be responsible for:
- Managing their complex agendas and monitoring their outlook inboxes and any other pending items, including independently answering certain queries
- Setting up and preparing internal and external meetings, events and trainings (e.g. coordinating participants, providing the meeting room, preparing items from the agenda, taking minutes)
- Managing complex and demanding travel arrangements including flight schedules, hotel bookings and logistics as required
- Managing expense reports
- Taking care of various administrative and organizational tasks
- Picking up any ad-hoc/unplanned tasks/issues proactively as required
