Business and Product Operations Manager

Permanent employee, Full-time · Zurich
Your area of responsibility
As part of our Zurich-based Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in product operations and business management activities, including:
 
  • Managing the full lifecycle of our Swiss products and SPVs, coordinating reporting processes and managing stakeholders
  • Overseeing regulatory processes such as year-end audit of investment structures managed by EIP
  • Contributing to the development of new products and services, support in setting up required structures and processes in close collaboration with our colleagues in Luxembourg
  • Overseeing, assessing and managing various EIP service providers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements as well as helping to optimize our service provider setup
  • Participating in and tracking corporate development projects to support EIP in the next phase of growth and internationalization, ensuring further enhancement of scalability and operational efficiency
Your skills and experience
  • Outstanding academic background with completed studies in business administration or equivalent with a deep understanding of the financial industry
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in the financial industry, preferably in project or business management
  • Structured and proactive work approach with the ability to quickly grasp complex topics 
  • Independent and entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivating, and with a can-do approach
  • High operational readiness, resilience and flexibility as a team-player
  • Confident and persuasive personality, with good communication skills when presenting to senior management or other internal and external partners 
  • Proficiency in English, knowledge of German is an advantage
