Investments Assistant Vice President Capital Markets

• Working in the financing function within the investments team, which is in charge of the structuring and raising of debt financings 
• Supporting the origination, execution and structuring of all types of debt instruments on behalf of the investments team
• Monitoring andoptimizingexisting portfolio companies with regards to debt financing and structuringin close collaboration with respective asset owners
• Providing regular analysis of market updates to senior management and the investments team 
• Further developing EIP’s network of lenders (incl. banks, infrastructure debt funds, governmentalagencies)

• Outstanding academic credentials from atop-tieruniversity or business school
• 3-6years of relevantinfrastructure debtexperienceandstrong network with international banks and other lending financial institutions
• Strong affinity for energy technologies and power markets, with robust knowledge of corporate finance and accounting

• Familiar with investment structures, projectfinancingand strong commercial and technicalexpertisewith high affinity for energy technologies and power markets 
• Expertisein complex financial modeling and valuation concepts
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think conceptually
• Self-motivated, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages, particularly German, are a significant advantage due to the focus on the Swiss and German markets
