Rewards & People Operations Partner (100%)

Your area of responsibility

Based in our offices in the heart of Zurich and reporting to the Head of People & Culture, the Reward will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing processes across the entire employee’s life cycle. This role focuses on streamlining workflows, enhancing employee experience, ensuring compliance and supporting the organization’s People & Culture strategic goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:


  • Process assessment and optimization; assess and improve existing processes for efficiency and effectiveness, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management and offboarding;

  • Automate manual processes through People software and other tools;

  • Train department managers on the newly designed processes and coordinate with them to make sure processes can continuously serve department development and staffing needs;

  • Coordinate technology integration by managing HRIS, ATS, LMS and train managers on how to use the newly introduced technology;

  • Become an expert on the system/s supporting the total Rewards

  • Manage the annual review bonus process and coordinate the monthly payroll process with external providers.

  • Track and analyze key People metrics (retention rate; employee satisfaction, training and development, productivity etc…) to measure process effectiveness.

  • Generate reports to support people decision making and consistently build and populate people analytics database

Your skills and experience

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position in an international environment
  • Proven experience in human resources processes design and understanding or employee life cycle
  • Proficiency in People software and tools (e.g. Workday, LMS systems etc…) and passion for new technology.
  • Strong at building relationships;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Trustworthy, reliable and flexible;
  • Can do attitude and result-oriented;
  • Fluent in English, German is an advantage and any other language is a plus
