People and Culture Business Partner

Your area of responsibility

Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, we are currently looking for a seasoned human resources professional to be responsible for the entire employee life cycle from recruitment to exit, in our offices in the heart of Zurich. You will be responsible for supporting managers and employees with operational as well as more strategic activities, for delivering on yearly key processes and recruiting activities.


  • Responsible for all day-to-day People operational activities;

  • Responsible for Onboarding and Offboarding processes;

  • Ensure People processes and guidelines are properly implemented and followed;

  • Responsible for preparing data and documents for monthly payroll process (payroll handled by   external provider);

  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives locally;

  • Responsible for Recruitment activities;

  • Dealing with managers and employees requests regarding systems, processes, policies and any other People needs;

  • Address employees queries (e.g. on compensation and labor law);



Your skills and experience
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in HR, Administration, Management or Social Sciences;
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position in an international environment
  • Knowledge of Swiss Labor law;
  • Experience in Finance industry is a plus;
  • Federal Certificate (eidg. Fachausweis) as HR Specialist is a big plus
  • Strong at building relationships;
  • Good organizational and communication skills;
  • Trustworthy, reliable and flexible;
  • Can do attitude and result-oriented;
  • Ability to quickly adapt and work with different HRIS;
  • PC literacy (MS office, Outlook, …).
  • Fluent in English and German
