Your area of responsibility
  • Identify and engage prospective institutional clients, introducing our infrastructure offerings to expand the client base.
  • Serve as the principal point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring long-term, trust-based partnerships.
  • Cover the French-speaking part of Switzerland, adhering to all relevant market regulations and compliance standards.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Lead and coordinate roadshows, events, and RFP responses in collaboration with internal Product and Marketing specialists.
  • Offer feedback to refine marketing materials and pitch decks, ensuring clear and compelling messaging to prospective clients.
  • Consult on a range of investment structures and strategies within infrastructure and private markets, customizing value propositions to client needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying opportunities to deepen engagement and address evolving client requirements.
  • Partner with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to ensure a seamless client experience from initial pitch to ongoing service.
  • Initiate and coordinate local marketing activities (e.g., mailings, seminars, client events) that align with the firm’s growth objectives.
 
 
Your skills and experience
  • Several years of successful sales and/or business development experience in asset management, with a proven track record of managing institutional relationships.
  • Prior exposure to private markets and infrastructure, including the development of networks with institutional and private investors such as pension funds, insurance companies, and family offices, would be considered an advantage.
  • History of securing new mandates and growing client portfolios, coupled with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to develop client-centric solutions in dynamic environments.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as an asset class, including investment structures, risk–return characteristics, and key performance and benchmarking metrics, is viewed as beneficial.
  • Adept at interpreting complex data and market intelligence to guide conversations with sophisticated investors.
  • University degree in finance, economics, or a related discipline; advanced professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, CIIA, CAIA), or progress toward such designations, are considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in French and English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Commitment to ethical conduct and all relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Willingness to maintain the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and client care.
