Office Manager / Receptionist 60%

Your area of responsibility
Your role will focus on supporting our team mainly on the operational side. Based in our modern offices in the center of Zurich, you will work in close collaboration with the local team as well as with external parties. 

  • Oversee front desk operations and ensure a professional and welcoming visitor management experience at our Zurich office located at Paradeplatz 5
  • Welcome guests and clients, offer beverages, and accommodate their requests while acting as the office barista and presenting the company in the best possible manner
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding all office‑related inquiries and daily operational needs
  • Maintain strong collaboration with teams across departments by distributing incoming mail and deliveries promptly and accurately
  • Ensure smooth daily operations by managing office supplies, including ordering stationery, groceries, and maintaining appropriate stock levels
  • Handle all mail, courier and DHL shipments, ensuring timely, cost‑efficient, and reliable delivery of documents and packages
  • Keep the office in excellent condition (“tidy and shiny”), addressing ad‑hoc needs in coordination with our facility management partners
  • Provide administrative support for onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as general administrative tasks as needed
Your skills and experience
  • Experience in a similar position ideally within an international environment
  • Previous barista experience is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills as well as excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • positive attitudean independent work style, reliabilitycommitment, attention to detailand high level of confidentiality
  • Pro-active and hands-on approach, eagerness to constantly learn and face new challenges within a dynamic and fast changing environment
  • Fluency in German and English is a must, additional languages are a plus
