As our Rewards Partner, you will own the design, delivery and integrity of our compensation processes, from the annual review cycle to long-term incentive administration. You will be hands-on and cover the full scope yourself, while working closely with the whole People & Culture team, Finance and senior management. You will also be the go-to person for managers on pay questions.
This is a part-time position (40–50%) with a flexible working pattern. We expect higher availability during peak periods such as the annual compensation review.

- Provide managers and the People & Culture team with clear, accurate and actionable data and guidance to support informed decisions.
- Conduct market benchmarking and analyse pay competitiveness, internal equity and pay positioning across all four locations, taking local market practices into account.
- Develop, present and advocate for recommendations and reports for senior management.
Long-term incentive (LTI) administration
- Take full ownership of our long-term incentive plans, including grants, vestings, exercises and leaver processes.
- Maintain accurate participant records and plan documentation across internal and external platforms.
- Calculate, validate and communicate entitlements at grant, vesting and exit stages in collaboration with Finance.
- Contribute to plan design reviews and ensure ongoing compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies, including the cross-border aspects of our plans.
External vendor management
- Manage relationships with plan administrators, benefits providers and other external service providers.
- Monitor service levels, review invoices and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead vendor selection, onboarding and change projects as needed.
Data integrity and reporting
- Take full accountability for the accuracy, consistency and security of compensation data across People & Culture systems and external platforms.
- Initiate and conduct regular audits and reconciliations, and address the root causes of any discrepancies.
- Produce, validate and deliver reliable reports and analyses for management, auditors and regulators.
